Landscape Lighting Maintenance for the Hamptons.
Scheduled seasonal service that keeps fixtures clean, properly aimed and performing as designed—through salt air, landscape growth, storms and changing daylight.
Good lighting is not static. The landscape keeps moving.
Plantings grow. Soil shifts. Lenses collect salt and debris. Timers drift with the seasons. Brilliance Care gives your property a consistent maintenance rhythm so the lighting remains balanced, intentional and ready when you arrive.
Each scheduled visit includes up to four onsite labor hours—typically two technicians for two hours—followed by a written summary of the work performed and any recommendations.
The details that preserve the original design.
Maintenance is not simply replacing a burned-out lamp. It is restoring the composition of the property after weather, growth and seasonal use have altered it.
Clean & Re-Aim
Fixtures and lenses are cleaned, obstructions are cleared and each beam is re-aimed to restore intended views while minimizing glare.
Inspect & Adjust
Lamps, connections, transformers, timers and visible components are inspected, with seasonal schedules adjusted for changing daylight.
Document & Recommend
You receive a written report covering what was serviced, what may require repair and what should be considered before the next season.
Choose the cadence that matches the property.
One visit may be enough for a smaller seasonal system. Larger, coastal or frequently used properties generally benefit from two or four visits each year.

A simple guide to service frequency.
The correct plan depends less on fixture count than on exposure, landscape growth and how often the home is used.
We can begin with the lighting you already have.
Brilliance Care is not limited to systems originally installed by Hamptons Landscape Lighting. We can evaluate many existing systems, identify immediate maintenance needs and determine whether routine care, repair or a phased restoration is the right next step.
Where a system has significant wiring, fixture or transformer issues, we may recommend an initial diagnostic visit before enrollment.
- iFixtures that have shifted, become buried or disappeared into mature plantings
- iiSystems with intermittent outages, inconsistent brightness or obsolete lamps
- iiiTimers, photocells or smart-home schedules that no longer match how the property is used
- ivOlder installations that need a practical, phased path toward improved reliability
Before you choose a plan.
What is included in a Brilliance Care visit?
A standard visit includes fixture cleaning and re-aiming, lamp and component inspection, timer and transformer checks, seasonal adjustments and a written service report. Each scheduled visit includes up to four onsite labor hours.
How often should landscape lighting be serviced?
Most Hamptons properties benefit from one to four visits per year. The right cadence depends on coastal exposure, the rate of landscape growth, seasonal occupancy and the size of the lighting system.
Can you maintain a system installed by another company?
Yes. We can evaluate many existing systems and recommend routine maintenance, targeted repairs or a phased restoration where appropriate.
Are replacement parts included in the annual price?
The annual plan includes the scheduled labor allowance stated on the page. Replacement lamps, fixtures, components, materials and additional labor are billed separately when needed and approved.
What happens if the visit requires more than four labor hours?
We will explain what remains and, when practical, obtain approval before continuing. Additional time is billed at the applicable service rate.
