What’s Included With Each Visit

Every Brilliance Care visit includes one hour of service with two expert technicians. Most routine service calls are completed within this time frame. During your scheduled visit, our team will:

  • Perform transformer maintenance and check all connections

  • Test system controls (switches, timers, photocells)

  • Clean fixtures, including chemically restoring cloudy lenses

  • Remove dirt, spider webs, insects, and debris

  • Replace burned-out lamps (lamps billed separately)

  • Lubricate moving parts and seals on accent lights

  • Trim overgrown vegetation blocking fixtures

  • Adjust fixtures moved by ground shift or accidental impact

  • Back out fasteners to accommodate tree growth

  • Treat for insects and ant activity as needed
