Landscape Lighting
Partnerships for the Trade.
We collaborate with architects, landscape architects, builders, landscape contractors and electricians to deliver refined outdoor lighting throughout the Hamptons and East End.
Better outcomes
for your clients.
Outdoor lighting shapes how a completed property feels after dark. When it is considered early, coordinated carefully and aimed with restraint, it supports the architecture, landscape and client experience without calling attention to the equipment.
Hamptons Landscape Lighting operates as an extension of the project team, providing a dedicated landscape-lighting resource without adding unnecessary design, installation or long-term service burden to your firm.
Built to support
the project team.
Our role changes with the project. We can participate early in design, provide a defined specialty scope, coordinate directly with the homeowner or remain closely aligned with the referring professional.
Lighting that respects the landscape plan.
We read planting plans, grading and hardscape intent so fixture placement supports the landscape rather than competing with it.
- Early design consultation and night-lighting strategy
- Fixture selections coordinated with materials and planting
- Site reviews, mockups and nighttime aiming
- Seasonal adjustment as plantings mature
Integrated with architecture from the start.
We coordinate facade lighting, architectural details, switching, control intent and concealed infrastructure before conditions are closed.
- Pre-construction coordination and design review
- Fixture schedules and detail support by scope
- Control integration through Home Technology Experts
- Closeout documentation and as-built information
A specialty scope that stays coordinated.
We define the lighting scope early, coordinate dependencies and keep the project team informed through design, installation, aiming and completion.
- Budget guidance during pre-construction
- Responsibility and infrastructure coordination
- Scheduling around excavation, planting and hardscape
- Professional punch-list and closeout support
Protecting the work you have installed.
We plan installation around the landscape schedule and position equipment carefully to reduce disruption to finished planting, lawn and hardscape.
- Installation coordinated with planting phases
- Fixture placement that anticipates plant growth
- Re-aiming after pruning or landscape changes
- A reliable resource for client lighting requests
Clear requirements for a clean installation.
We provide landscape-lighting requirements, transformer loads, control intent and proposed routing information for review and execution by the project's licensed electrical contractor. This keeps responsibility clear while allowing each trade to perform the work it is best equipped to deliver.
- Transformer and control requirements defined in advance
- Coordination of power, conduit and switching locations
- Clear separation between lighting scope and licensed electrical work
- Direct communication during installation and commissioning
Your client.
Your preferred structure.
Every firm manages its client relationships differently. At the beginning of each opportunity, we agree on communication, proposal and contracting responsibilities so there is no confusion later.
We can work directly with the homeowner while keeping your team informed, coordinate primarily through the project team or operate within a clearly defined subcontracted scope when appropriate.
Relationship protection
We treat the referring professional's trust as part of the project and communicate in a way that reflects well on the entire team.
Clear scope and responsibilities
Design, installation, electrical, control and maintenance responsibilities are established before work begins.
Professional documentation
Budgets, fixture selections, project notes and closeout information are provided according to the selected scope.
Long-term client care
Brilliance Care gives the client an ongoing maintenance path after installation and preserves the design as the property changes.
Simple to engage.
Professional at every stage.
A straightforward process keeps your team informed while allowing us to move the lighting scope forward.
Make the introduction
Introduce us by email, telephone or at the property. We confirm the project context, your role and the preferred communication structure.
Define scope and budget
After the consultation or site review, we prepare initial budget guidance—typically within 24 to 48 hours when the required information is available.
Coordinate the design
We develop fixture intent, locations, infrastructure and control requirements in coordination with the architect, landscape team, builder and electrician.
Install and aim at night
Our team installs, commissions and aims the system after dark, when beam spread, glare and visual balance can be evaluated properly.
Maintain the result
Brilliance Care provides scheduled cleaning, adjustment, inspection and reporting so the installation continues to support the original design.
One coordinated partner
for the entire estate.
Hamptons Landscape Lighting is part of Home Technology Experts, an established residential technology integration firm serving the Hamptons and Manhattan.
That relationship allows outdoor lighting to be coordinated with Lutron lighting control, Savant or Control4 automation, outdoor audio, networks and other estate systems when the project calls for a unified experience.
Landscape lighting, connected thoughtfully
Clear answers
before the project begins.
Can you work directly with our client?
Yes. We can work directly with the homeowner while keeping the referring professional informed, or coordinate through the project team when that structure is more appropriate. We establish the preferred communication and contracting approach at the beginning.
Do you provide drawings and fixture schedules?
Documentation can include lighting intent, fixture selections, transformer and control requirements, installation notes and as-built information depending on the project scope and design package selected.
Can you coordinate with the project's electrician?
Yes. We provide lighting-system requirements, transformer loads, control intent and proposed routing information for review and execution by the project's licensed electrical contractor.
Can you work as a subcontractor?
Depending on the project, contract structure and responsibilities, we can discuss a defined subcontracted scope or work directly with the client. The structure is agreed upon before proposals or commitments are made.
Do you maintain systems after installation?
Yes. Brilliance Care provides scheduled cleaning, re-aiming, seasonal adjustment, inspection and written reporting so the lighting continues to perform as the landscape matures.
Can you evaluate a system installed by another company?
Yes. We can assess the existing condition, identify immediate repairs, recommend upgrades and determine whether the system is a good fit for ongoing maintenance.
Let's create something
exceptional together.
