Do you repair landscape lighting systems you did not install?
Yes. A large share of our repair work is on systems installed by other companies. We evaluate the existing transformers, wire runs, connections, and fixtures, then tell you plainly what is worth repairing and what has reached the end of its service life. Fixture brand is rarely an obstacle; the deciding factor is usually the condition of the buried wire and the connections.
Why did a whole zone of my outdoor lighting go dark at once?
When an entire run goes dark, the cause is almost always upstream of the fixtures: a tripped transformer breaker, a failed timer or photocell, a burned terminal, or a wire severed by landscaping or irrigation work. Fixtures failing one at a time over months point somewhere else, usually lamp life, water ingress, or corroded connections. Before booking, it is worth resetting the breaker and any GFI outlet serving the transformer.
